The mules come very close to the edge, so the first five, to ten minutes might give you some high anxiety. Have no fear, the mules have been doing it for years and know the trails better than anyone. Also, take note that a 7 hour mule ride can be a bit bumpy and sore on your rear. So, make sure to bring some Advil to sooth the pain.
