Keep your Computer from Going Bonkers!

It has been working fine for a long time, should I fix it, or buy another PC.' Well, that old PIE computer is about 15 years old, so I usually recommend they buy a new pc. What is the difference between these two people? Why is one person hysterical because their six month old computer is not working right and the other pretty calm because a 10 year old computer broke down? You might think that it is because one person knows how to use the PC and the other doesn't, but this is not really the case.
