Staying in Sydney

With the world famous Sydney opera house and Harbour Bridge framing the horizon, a city full of history and museums, beautiful sea side landscapes, unrivalled natural wildlife, world class drama and dance, cuisine to rival anywhere else in the world and ultimately one of the best cities in the world to take a holiday in. Australia is a wonderful place to experience, with the famous laid back attitude accompanying the sunshine and modern complexity of the city you will not find anywhere else on earth that is quite the same. There are not too many places in the world where you can wake up in a world class five star hotel, take breakfast in a café in the busy modern city centre, then take the afternoon to explore the beaches that are only a stones throw away and enjoy a light evening meal in a beach side restraint while you watch the dolphins play. If this isn’t luxury, I don’t know what is! Regarding luxury, the standard of hotels and transport in Sydney are very highly thought of. Regardless of you budget you will find the majority of hotels in the city are of very high standard when it comes to cleanliness, facilities and customer service. If you wish to have your hotel near the coast and beaches, be prepared to pay considerably more.

There are many beautiful hotels within the city centre that are of the same standard but you will pay less simply because of the views, but as it takes only a short journey to get to the beaches anyway you can save and spend the money on something else! If you want a bit of adventure during your time in Australia apart from the obvious amazing wildlife trails, you can do anything from climbing the mighty harbour bridge, snorkelling and scuba diving at the beaches on the edge of the city, or perhaps take a helicopter ride around the surrounding area and take some birds eye photographs of this special city.
